Unlock Lillia card:
Have a cleared saved game file from Arc The Lad: Twilight Of The Spirits
in your memory card. When you start the game answer "Yes", then it loads
you will receive the Lillia card.
Get all character cards:
Before you going to use the lottery, save your game. If you do not get the
desired card load back your saved game and retry.
