Unlock training bikes: Enter "NOSKILLS"
Unlock G-Ride ATV:
Need a saved file from ATV Offroad Fury 2 on your memory card.
Unlock Ravage Talon DX and Ravage Talon EX:
Play in single player mode and finish the training course
