Enter on the Name Entry screen when starting a new game.
BPROMOHE - Start with 1000000G and all parts

When you starting a game, you - have 7,000. Wait until the photo shop is open.
Save your game and buy a lottery ticket for all 7,000. Next month go to the
bank and check the winners. If you lost, load back your saved game and buy again
lottery tickets.
