Instant health:
You can use the Flame Heart amulet to heal. Once you get it in Mission 7
(Dante), equip it, turn on Devil Trigger (L1), and go stand in some lava.

Unlock Lucia's Diesel extra stage and outfit
Play Lucia's mission 1, after save. Reset the your Ps2 system and wait a few seconds.
When the "Press Start button" message reappear, press the following buttons:
L3, R3, L1, R1, L2, R2, L3, R3. If the code is accepted, you should hear a sound.
Push Start to jump back to the main menu. Choose the "Load game" option, then
press R1 or L1 to select the new outfit, after load a game to play the extra stage.

Unlock Dante's Diesel bonus stage and outfit
Play Lucia's mission 1, after save. Reset the your Ps2 system and wait a few seconds.

Finish the game with Dante in hard mode

Unlock Lucia Must Die mode
Finish the game with Lucia in hard mode

Select stage:
Finish the game once with either character in any mode

Hard mode:
Finish the game with Lucia and Dante

Different outfit for Dante:
Finish the game with Dante in normal mode

Unlock Dante's original outfit and Force Edge sword:
Finish the Dante Must Die mode with Dante

Unlock Trish from Devil May Cry:
Finish the game with Dante in hard mode

Unlock Arius
Finish the Lucia Must Die mode with Lucia

Unlock Bloody Palace mode
Finish the game with Dante and Lucia

Lucia other outfit #1:
Finish the game with Lucia

Lucia other outfit #2:
Finish the game with Lucia in hard mode

Bloody Palace
Beat the game with both characters.

Level select
Finish the game as either character in any difficulty level.
