F1 2002

Go to special cards screen, select a team, then press
the following button combinations:

Get all gold cards: L2, L2, R1, L1, R2, L2, L1, R1, R1, R2.
Get all silver cards: R1, L1, L2, L2, R1, L1(2), R2, L2, L1.
Get all fast tracks: Right, Left, L2, R2, L2, R2, L2, Left, Left, Right.
Get all bronze cards: L2, L1, R2, L1, L2, R2, L2, R1, L1, R2.
