Unlock everything:
hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press X, Up, X, Up, Down, Square
in the options screen.

Unlock extra option in main menu:
Finish the game in normal mode after save.

Unlock extra 2 option in hard menu:
Finish the game in normal mode after save.

Full laser shot power-up:
Pause the gamegeplay after press
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Circle.
You can do this only a few times.

Full 2x shot power-up:
Pause the gameplay after press
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Square, Triangle.
This can only be done a limited amount of times.
