One time saved game file transfer:
If you have a saved game file from Gran Turismo 3 in your memory card you can
import license qualifications and money (up to 100,000 dollars) into Gran
Turismo 4. Note: You do not get the unlocked items.

Ghost racer:
Once you complete one, try a B, A, IB, IA, S license or rally.
Press Direction pad Up to turn it off or on.

Race without S licenses:
You can participate and win prizes and credits in S License races without
S License, but you have to obatian all other licenses. Go to the race with
the correct requirements for the race in B-Spec mode.

Licence Guides:
To get a Blue and Red Licence Test Guide simply push R3 during 3, 2, 1, Start.
It shows you the best route to go and where to start braking.
Note: Only works on the B and A license tests. There is no pace car.
