Notes:
* Most likely, you won't be able to turn these off once they're on.
(1) Spawning: If you spawn a car your criminal level can go down
dramatically.
(2) Cotumes: When changing costumes the appearance of Tommy's
bodyguards will also change.
(3) Dodo car flying: Accelerate and press Joystick Back to glide.
Note: You can't fly a helicopter perfectly when this code is enabled.
(4) Flying Boats: Accelerate and press Joystick Back to glide. Note:
Helicopters can be flown without problems when this code is activated.
(5) Cars float on water: You can land with helicopters to water. Also you can
driving cars on the water.
(6) Change wheel size: The wheels of some vehicles will become larger, while
others will become smaller. Repeat this cheat to increase its effect.
(7) Perfect driving: You can improve your driving skills if you enable this
cheat. Press L3 or R3 to jump while driving.
(8) Pedestrians from thriller: You will see characters from his Michael
Jackson Thriller music video. No confirmation message will appear.
(9) It is possible to freeze the game when you play with other characters
(10) Weapons: infinite ammo: If the more times you enter the code the more
weapons will have infinite ammo.
